Guys I measured myself today I’m at 252lbs from 287lbs

Don’t get discouraged… Keep working on it.

I started doing some Beginner Calthenics = it is the freaking BOMB!!!

getting stronger on the arms and cores now. (basic, push-ups, pull ups, abs, i spend 10 minutes daily doing them)

Still doing Ketogenic Diet with Intermittent Fasting with 1 meal (dinner) daily, drinking plenty of water. Let’s push through the next few weeks

Can’t wait to load-up on that KBBQ-facotry on Oct 6th 8pm. KBBQ = perfect for ketogenic diet (veggie, lettus wrap, kimchi (complex carbs), and protein (MEAT SWEAT) bring on that short ribe BBQ garlic)

It’s been 2.5 month about 9-10 weeks. it’s amazing what you can do if you put your mind into it

(remember, it’s YOU vs YOU, you got to fight for the healthier self and hope that will prevail)
