Got it in today, lunges dips and curls . I call it Wednesday Lunge day cause when i started back they kicked my butt every week but its getting better and better. @Michelle_Orio I absolutely agree, you are what you eat, I started meal prepping after Christmas me and my wife have a thread in the pub we started on it . It makes a huge difference , to me its the most important elimination of decisions every week.

Finished my 45 min yoga workout for the week. Noticed something for the first time today, I can easily touch the floor with my hands while standing straight, all five fingers. Don’t think I’ve been able to do that since high school. I’m focusing more on flexibility in my morning routine now after I noticed how hard it was to do a tripod headstand after hardly doing any stretches for a month.
