Stronglifts. Squats, bench and row. Increased weight on all. Absolutely exhausted afterwards, but I managed to complete all sets.

Stronglifts Day 30
Deloaded today on dead lifts while adding an extra set in. I was quite sore after my last session.
Threw in 5 sets of dips today I’m defiantly adding them back in to the routine as an accessory for me.

Stronglifts 5x5 Day 46
Decided to keep pushing forward before deloading. Glad I did - hit new PR on bench press and barbell rows! I’ll keep pushing to failure and then deload.
Felt really shitty this morning, sore throat and very tired, felt like I had caught a cold. Somehow managed to get my Stronglifts in anyway, without reducing the weight on any exercise. Feel a lot better now.
Treadmill run - 40 min / 3 mi
Traveling for work. Made it to the fitness center for a good run to start the day. First treadmill run in years - still prefer running outside.
Felt even worse today, so I had to rest for the day. Finally managed 100 push-ups at least.
Stronglifts Day 31
Felt great today. Making progress on Bench and Rows. Squats are starting to feel a little heavy but all in all a great workout.
Today will be a full week of workouts, no rest days.
How is your lung situation?
I can do 11 . That’s good, right?
That’s pretty impressive. I’m more of a run/jog/walk/crawl/sprawl, kinda lady.
