My training yesterday was running after a 2-year-old all day. I’m resting today because I had to go to an unexpected concert that lasted all night. It was a once in a lifetime thing, and I heard about it less than 24 hours in advance, didn’t really have time to prepare.

Lateral Raises: 3 x 15
Anterior Delt Raise Superset (10 x supinated, 10 x pronated, 10 x thumbs up)
Rear Delt Extensions: 3 x 15
Alternating DB curls: 4 x 6-8
French curls: 15, 10, 8, 6 x 2
Hammer Curls: 3 x 12-15
Incline Skull Crushers super set with ez bar curls: (4x8-10)
Arnold Press: 2 x 20
Prison Push Ups (1 push up, stand up & touch pinkies behind your head, 2 push ups & 2 touches, 3 push ups and 3 touches…10 push ups and 10 touches)—HARDER THAN IT SOUNDS
Hill Sprints 6 times up and down a 100 yard incline
5 times 50 yard dash race with my kids (12 and 7) 12 year old runs track and wrestles,I used to win every race.
Still tired but I got my Tabata Core in today.
5 min of Box Breathing inhale hold,exhale slowly as possible,hold,etc. followed by
EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 10 minutes
3 star jumps,4 Hindu Pushups,6 2 count flutter kicks
Then Mind Gym visualization from Way of the SEAL.
Stronglifts, squats, bench press and row. Keep increasing the weight on all exercises.
2 mile walk
Chest/triceps and Cardio.

Enjoying this cool weather. Still taking it slow with sore shins and building up mileage.

Making progress on OH Press. Plateaued on squats and deadlifts. Hip is not as sore today but still adding weight slowly until it’s 100%.
Tabata Cardio done. Felt like running half a marathon at the end, haha.

Deloaded Everything Today . After last weeks peak its time to back down and start to build again.
